Who am I?
My name is Katie. I'm 25 and I'm living my life long dream of being a physical therapist. If you asked me where I would be when I was 25, few things have gone exactly how I planned but I couldn't be more excited about this life that God has blessed me with and where he has me right now.
Most importantly, I'm a follower of Jesus. My faith in Christ is the only thing good in me and the only reason I can move through life without losing my mind in this crazy world.
I have the most amazing family in the world and I can't imagine where I would be without them. I have parents who daily teach me and show me what a Godly marriage looks like and what it means to lead a family in the ways God has planned even when that isn't easy. I have a brother who is more like a best friend and a sister-in-law who I will never be able to thank God enough for. I also have the most beautiful niece who brings so much joy to our family. I don't even know what we did before her. (She also shares a birthday with Taylor Swift so there's that also)

I'm a puppy mom to Pearl and can't imagine not having this crazy ball of fur in my life.

I love country music, Dr. Pepper, the Rangers, small towns, dirt roads, and all things Texas
I have a degree from Oklahoma Baptist University and The University of Oklahoma.
Did I mention that I love all things Texas and HATE OU?
If I learned one thing in college, it was that God definitely has a sense of humor!
While I want a lot of things out of life, I'm learning daily that my plans aren't always God's plan and that's ok! Ultimately I know that his plans are good and far better than I could ever work out for myself. I hope each day to show the love that God has so graciously given me with everyone I come into contact with.
